Head of Automotive, Americas
During his 25 years of automotive research experience, Andy has developed and launched several new research approaches.
In his role as Head of Automotive, Americas he is responsible for developing business, expertise and innovative thinking in this key region while also providing insight to key global Automotive clients at TNS.
Equally at home with qualitative and quantitative approaches, Andy uses research tools to unlock insight. His focus is always on providing clear guidance to clients on the business growth opportunities available to them. He has a solid understanding of the full automotive portfolio, and is an expert in Customer Experience Management in particular. He is a member of the global Automotive Steering Committee.
After beginning his career in the UK, Andy gained practical experience of automotive research in Europe, North America and Asia. He has spent ten years living in the United States and returned in 2015 as Head of Automotive, Americas.
Andy holds a BSc in Psychology and Philosophy and an MSc in Psychology from the University of Lancaster in the UK. He is a regular speaker at industry conferences worldwide.
