Guillaume is responsible for heading the Automotive practice for TNS in China, where he is instrumental in driving expertise, innovative thinking and best practice.
He has over 9 years of automotive research experience and has specialised in product development, customer satisfaction, brand advertising tracking, pricing & brand research, mystery shopping and car clinics. He is also experienced in managing multi-country and multi-client projects.
With training in advertising and marketing, Guillaume debuted his market research career in 1993 in a French ad agency, before working for Secodip and then Millward Brown. Guillaume joined TNS Sofres, France in 2003 and was appointed Country Head of the Automotive department in 2008. He relocated to Shanghai at the beginning of 2010 and has also been a member of TNS Global Automotive Steering Committee.
